Returns Policy

Update on what our closure means for returns and deliveries. 


We are an ethical business transparency and fairness are everything to us. We are shutting our doors but we are doing it in the right way.

We have announced our closure because we want to find our stock a good home and use the proceeds to shut down in an orderly fashion.

This means we will ensure we ship any product that has been paid for. It makes our blood boil to see other direct-to-consumer companies that take payments, dissolve their business without sending what has been paid for, and leave it to their loyal customers to try and get a refund via their credit card company.

That is not how we roll. We will honour all orders.

For as long as our shop stays open, we will also honour all returns with a full refund and free returns. If you order and don't love what you ordered, we are still here to help you with your return and process the refund.

 

Cancellations


If you cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse we will be able to issue an immediate refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched you will need to follow our returns process


No quibble returns and our 100-night risk free trial


We will refund or exchange any order within 100 days of delivery.

Our 100-night trial gives you the comfort to try our bedding without the fear that you have done the wrong thing. 


Please note you must return all items and you can’t return items that have suffered substantial customer damage. Our 100 night trial period is only valid for one return per household.


All returns are free in the UK. If you had an international delivery, we won’t be able to refund or any taxes or duties.

Defects and damages


If there is anything wrong with your order, we will arrange an exchange or return free of charge. Please contact us at hi@kuroa.co within 14 days of delivery to let us know so we can right any wrongs.


If you have used our products, but something has gone wrong beyond normal wear and tear, please get in touch, and we will help you with a fix.
